Khalilah Cole is the founder of She Means Business — a leadership development movement that fuses engineering-level systems thinking with faith-rooted wisdom. Her journey is proof that one woman, fully surrendered to purpose, can build an empire.
After a distinguished 10-year career at General Motors, Khalilah made the bold decision to retire in 2011 — not to rest, but to rise. She founded Biblically Speaking Ministry, stepping into her calling as a teacher, speaker, and faith leader. Since then, she has authored multiple books, educated thousands of women, and built a movement that refuses to let ambition and faith live in separate rooms.
